Cancellation
Confirmed orders can be cancelled upto 24 hours or prior to shipping, whichever comes first. Refunds are usually processed within 72 hours and should reflect in your account within 7 working days. If you remain unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
All products should be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging and original sales receipt. Any items that have been altered or repaired by an external repair service will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. Nutrients cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item within a period of 7 working days from receipt. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), or you may opt for a store credit, immediately available. If your return is not approved, at our discretion, we will offer to ship the product back to you, or offer you a fair value for the return. Refunds should reflect in your account within 7 working days.
Shipping
In the unlikely event of damaged goods received, replacements will be delivered at no cost to you. In the event of replacements not being available, we will offer a refund.
In all other cases, shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
If you choose to return the products and receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. This is often, but not always equal to your original shipping cost. Alternatively you may choose to use a shipping partner of your choice to ship the products back to us. We are not liable for any damages incurred during return shipping, and will evaluate the product on an as is basis.
